Due to the nature of digital services & custom content creation, all sales are final. Once a project is booked & work has begun, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.

However, we are committed to delivering content that meets the agreed-upon scope & standards. If you are unsatisfied with the final delivery due to a clear misalignment with the approved brief, you may request one round of revisions within 5 business days of receiving the content.

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

• The project was paid for but never initiated

• A duplicate payment was made in error

• A booking was cancelled by Enhanxe before any work began

By purchasing from Enhanxe, you agree to this policy & acknowledge that our services are tailored & time-based.

All purchased content (photo, video, voice, or written assets) will be delivered in high-resolution, suitable for multi-platform use, digitally through a secure link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar) to the email provided during booking). 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

• Photo Dumps: 5–7 business days

• Short-Form Videos (e.g. Reels): 5–7 business days

• Blogs: 7–10 business days

• Custom Campaigns/Films: 10–20 business days (depending on scope)

• Voice Agents or AI Assets: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines begin once all necessary materials (brand brief, product shipment, creative input) are received.

Unless otherwise stated in your plan or invoice, all Enhanxe content includes Standard Usage Rights, which allow:

✅ Organic use on social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

✅ Use in brand-owned media (websites, emails, pitch decks)

✅ 6-month non-exclusive usage unless otherwise agreed

NOT included by default:

• Paid ads usage (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

• Commercial licensing for TV, print, or OTT

• Exclusivity or transfer of copyright

If your brand requires expanded or perpetual rights, whitelisting, or exclusivity, this must be purchased separately or included in your membership tier.

Creators retain creative credit unless otherwise contractually waived. All usage must follow FTC guidelines (e.g., proper disclosure of sponsored content when applicable).

Enhanxe & its certified creators maintain ownership of original content unless full copyright transfer is purchased. You are licensing the right to use the content, not own it in perpetuity.

Unauthorized resale, AI training, deepfake reproduction, or re-editing without permission is strictly prohibited.
